What to have ready when you call
Which tooth hurts and for how long. Whether there's swelling or a fever. Your dental insurance card or plan name, if you have one. Your medications and allergies. Say so if a tooth got knocked out or a crown came off, because the instructions for the drive are different. The call takes a couple of minutes, and the time you're given is the time you're seen. Questions about cost and insurance belong to the cost and insurance page.
